Location: Dallas, Texas (This is a 100% onsite position)

Position Type: Salary

Compensation:  $75,000 - $85,000

Job Purpose
As a Regional Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans that drive revenue growth and brand awareness for our company in a specific region. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business goals, managing marketing budgets and resources, analyzing market trends and customer insights, and driving innovative marketing campaigns that engage and resonate with local customers. Ultimately, your objective will be to build and maintain a strong brand presence, increase customer loyalty, and achieve sales targets in your assigned region.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional marketing plans that align with the overall business goals and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and creative to ensure alignment of marketing efforts and maximize resources.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Create and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources to achieve marketing goals.
  • Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, social media, and traditional marketing channels.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing efforts in the region.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize future campaigns.
  • Manage and develop a team of marketing professionals to achieve marketing objectives.

  • Travel by air and ground transportation unaccompanied and overnight, as necessary.
  • Work extended hours as required and/or during other busy periods based on business needs.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on regional or territory-specific marketing.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with experience in leading a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience with various marketing channels and techniques, including digital marketing, social media, and events.
  • Understanding of the latest marketing trends and best practices.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

 

Education

 

  • 4-Year bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality management, or a related field is typically preferred but not required.

 

 

Working Conditions

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Ability to stand for hours at a time assisting with venue openings and other projects.
  • Ability to travel, unassisted to special events and to support major initiatives.
  • Must be able to lift to 25 pounds at a time without assistance.
