Job Purpose
Guest Service (Front Desk) is responsible for creating an inviting atmosphere for guests entering the venue, and providing detailed information about the venue, food and beverage menu, and gaming options. Guest Service should also have a complete understanding of the reservation system in order to keep it organized and communicate details to guests as well as venue staff throughout operations. In addition to responsibilities at the venue entrance and with reservations, Guest Service(Front Desk) should be actively involved with guest hospitality throughout the venue. This is accomplished with awareness throughout each shift, and actively communicating with other staff members in every department.
