JOB PURPOSE

Drive Shack Inc. is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager with expertise in navigating the digital landscape and a strong passion for social media engagement. In this role, you will spearhead our digital marketing strategy, focusing extensively on social media channels. Your responsibilities will include enhancing brand awareness, nurturing online community growth, and driving website traffic and customer acquisition through innovative digital and social media initiatives.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and oversee the implementation of a comprehensive
    digital marketing strategy, integrating strong social media management to achieve
    business and marketing objectives.
  • Digital Channel Oversight: Direct the company's digital presence across all channels,
    including website management, email marketing, digital advertising, and a robust social
    media strategy encompassing content creation, regular engagement, and follower
    growth.
  • Collaboration and Alignment: Work with the Marketing Activations Manager, Creative
    Strategist, Director of Marketing, and other key stakeholders to harmonize digital
    initiatives with broader marketing strategies and company goals.
  • Website and SEO Management: Maintain an optimized, engaging, and up-to-date
    company website, incorporating SEO best practices to enhance visibility and user
    experience.
  • Social Media Expertise: Craft and execute a cutting-edge social media strategy to
    enhance brand presence, engage with diverse audiences, and drive conversions
    through creative and compelling content across various platforms.
  • Email Marketing: Design and deploy impactful email campaigns, leveraging analytics to
    refine and improve reach and effectiveness.
  • Digital Advertising and Analytics: Lead digital advertising efforts, including the use of
    analytics tools to track performance, optimize campaigns, and ensure a positive ROI.
  • Customer Engagement: Foster meaningful interactions with the online community,
    respond to queries, and build relationships to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting: Regularly evaluate digital marketing metrics to
    inform strategy, providing insights and recommendations for future campaigns based on
    data-driven analysis.
  • Budget Management: Efficiently manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring strategic
    allocation of resources for maximum impact and cost-effective results.

 

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Technologies, or a related field.
  • Demonstrable experience as a Digital Marketing Manager with a strong emphasis on
    social media management or digital advertising.
  • Expertise in utilizing website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and familiarity with
    Google AdWords.
  • Comprehensive understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools,
    with a proven track record of growing followers and engagement.
  • Experience in executing email marketing and digital advertising campaigns with a focus
    on optimization and ROI.
  • Creativity merged with analytical prowess to drive marketing success.
  • Outstanding communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with a digital
    audience.
  • A commitment to staying informed about digital marketing trends and innovations.
