Rate: $24 – $26 per hour + commission
Reports To: Director of Sales / General Manager
Title: Sales Manager
Typical Hours: Approximately 40 hours per week; flexibility required to support events and client needs, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays
Job Purpose
The Sales Manager plays a key role in driving revenue through the successful booking and execution of private events at Drive Shack. This position is responsible for prospecting new business opportunities, managing inbound event inquiries, and ensuring each event is flawlessly executed from initial sale to post-event follow-up. This role works cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and corporate leadership to deliver exceptional guest experiences and achieve sales targets.
Responsibilties
Qualifications and Skills
Minimum of 3 years of event sales experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or entertainment venues
Strong understanding of event lifecycle, inventory control, and client management
Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets and drive guest satisfaction
Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/event management tools (POS systems, Salesforce, Tripleseat, etc.)
